Job Applicant/Candidate: Applicants and/or Candidate seeking career opportunities with LOVE- Nurse & Allied Staffing understands we may obtain Personal Information and various other information from individual which may include: contact information (name (first and last), physical address, telephone number, e-mail address), qualifications (education, work experience, reference, etc.), competencies as it relates to information provided within resume.

Online Forms and Accounts/Memberships: Individuals completing an online form or with account initiation on our website, agree we may obtain personal identifiers such as: name (first and last), e-mail address, telephone number, physical address, billing information (accessed by authorized personnel only) for client facilities, to include credit card, account and routing numbers, professional or employment-related information, and online user account details. You are also able to import and store resumes and other job-related documents to application form. Please note that third party job forms such as linked-in, monster are utilized by company, and independent of third parties’ privacy policies.

Online Communications: We will collect any Personal Information you provide to us when you use our contact forms for example “Contact us”, “We’re Here to Listen”. Providing us with Personal Information via our contact forms is not required; however, please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields, because we have determined information necessary in complying with or responding to request, or to improve our website. Client Facility and Staffing Inquiry: If you are a Client Facility or it Representative/Liaison interested in our Services, we may collect Personal Information and other information in connection with Client facility and its Staffing needs, including without limitation to: Company name, Liaison name (first and last), discipline (RN, CNA, PCP, etc.), job description, clinical function, staffing challenges, location, experiences with such agencies, size of opportunity, and type of staffing needs.

Marketing: We also may obtain information for marketing purposes which may include preference of communication, information on responding to email, Text, phone and other marketing campaigns. We also obtain information when seeking feedback regarding services from consumers. Messaging and data rates may apply for any Txt, SMS, and other electronic communications, based on your carrier and service plan.

Social Media, Online Forums, Blogs, Message Boards: We also obtain Personal Information and other information about you when interacting with company through social platforms in which we utilize. We will never sell anyones personal information and use Individual Candidate’s Personal Information to provide our Services to the candidate, including notifying of staffing opportunities and company developments. Client’s Personal Information is utilized to attempt to meet the Client Facilities staffing needs, billing, and to otherwise establish and/or strengthen business relations with Client facilities. This includes offering and communicating services, assistance, or opportunities available to client facilities and candidates by company.
Our company may utilize Personal Information for marketing and promotional purposes, quality control, data analysis of user behavior, product development, content improvement, or customization of the content and layout of our website. Our Company may, on occasion, also send emails to you about our Services or information you requested from our website or third-party products. If you do not want to receive email from us, visit the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from us to remove yourself from continued receipt of our email messages.
